There are some major milestone that you go through in life, whether it be alone or with your family; buying a house is certainly one of them. There are many things to consider when deciding to move, one of the most important factors is choosing a realtor that you can put your trust and confidence in, knowing that they will help guide you in the right direction. This assures that you are not making a quick decision based on emotion, a home is one of, if not, the largest investment you make. It is essential to have a realtor that not only understands today’s market but also the area that you are looking in and the ins and outs of buying a home. When purchasing homes outside of the GTA there are more things to be aware of such as wells, septic and zoning on the land. Having a realtor that is knowledgeable with the area is an absolute asset. You want to make sure that the realtor you choose is ready to work with you, not leaving time for unanswered questions. Marc Ronan and is team have worked together over the years with many families that I know, leaving all of them with many positive things to say about how thorough, able and knowledgeable his team is. When we made the decision about a year ago that we would be moving, there was no question in my mind that Marc would be our representing agent. Our house is now on the market as of a week ago, and I am sure it won’t be long before it is sold. The team have worked together so well to accommodate all our requests, their guidance and patience are very appreciated and have made this process smooth.

There is a lot of spent time between client and realtor, from phones calls, to emails and text messages. It is always important to remember that as a realtor you live this day in and day out with different individuals but for the client this may only happen once or twice in their lifetime. Patience and communication is key!! Thank you
